Where do you set up?

Our wedding packages take place at a venue secured by you! The park you met in, your childhood home, a family cabin, rental locations, airbnbs or vrbos that allow small parties, the possibilities are endless!

We have areas near the Superstition Mountains, Flagstaff, Sedona, etc. that we can recommend. Besides public land, you can rent space in public/state parks, backyards, campsites, land, house/space rentals, etc.

When looking at venues, some details to keep in mind are the availability of bathrooms and parking for you and your guests. In more remote areas, we would recommend securing an RV or porta-a-potties for bathrooms.

We do have an additional scoping fee if you would like us to find you a location in your desired area.

How do I book?

To book with us, you submit the "Book Now" form with information about your event and desired date. If we have it available, we set up a phone consultation to go over what you are looking for and how we can help.

We require a deposit to reserve your date. After your date has been reserved, we work together to plan and finalize all the details.

What is your cancellation policy?

The deposit to reserve your date is non-refundable. Final payment must be made 30 days prior to your event and is not refundable. If a situation arises where you need to move your change dates, we're happy to reschedule to another day we have available.

How do your payments work?

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve your desired date. This reservation can transferred to another available date if needed.

The remaining balance is due in full at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date. We are happy to work with you on breaking up the payments.

Do you provide catering, fresh florals, or photography?

We do not provide any catering, floral, or photography services, but we are always happy to recommend some amazing vendors that can help with your needs.

We are happy to assist with the coordination your vendors on the day of your event.

What do we do during your event?

For picnics and dinner parties, we typically get you set up and organized and then leave the site until you either call us to let us know you are finished and ready to leave, or until 30 minutes prior to your contracted finish time.

For weddings, we typically stay onsite to help moved chairs and florals from the ceremony site to the reception site, and then we may or may not stay onsite.
